Rajiv Yuva kiranalu Models of the employment:

As of now the following models are being implemented for training and
employment
i. Government managed training centres.
ii. Training centres being run by professional training partners who
do trainings linked to jobs
iii. Industry based training models where industry will take up in
house training which will lead to absorption of candidates, Govt.
agencies facilitate mobilization of manpower of requisite
qualifications.
iv. Direct placement: Where industry directly takes raw candidates in
to jobs in certain un-skilled categories like office boys, house
keeping etc.,
v. Training centres in collaboration with Govt. of India:
vi. Self Employment: Mostly in urban areas, for such candidates who
acquire highly demanded employable skills like fitter, electrician,
2
bar benders etc who are in high demand and can command ready
market.
vii. Job Melas: Where prospective employer and employ meet which
will result into employment.
It is advised that District Collectors encourage all the above models so
as to broaden the chances of employment. No single model  should be
exclusively promoted.
